Timnath Kids Dentistry is excited to offer an all-encompassing dental membership plan designed specifically for children.

Our plan ensures that children receive exceptional dental care while keeping oral health expenses manageable for their families.

For an annual fee, your child will receive preventative care as well as any additional treatment required during the year at a reduced rate. Enjoy the same quality pediatric dental care without any of the limitations or hassles of traditional dental insurance.

  • 2 Dental Examinations per Year
  • 2 Dental Cleanings per Year
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments per Year

  • 1 Emergency or Problem Focused Exam per Year

  • Reduced Nitrous Oxide Fee
  • Discount to any necessary treatment and nitrous oxide

Terms and Limitations

  • Coverage begins upon receipt of a completed and signed contract and when payment is received in full.
  • Membership extends for one year (365 days) for each individual child from the date of receipt.
  • The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Patients with traditional dental insurance that Timnath Kids Dentistry accepts are not eligible.
  • Cancellation or failure to keep a scheduled appointment without the required 48-hour notice will be charged a $40 fee per appointment as per the office policies.
  • Membership plan is only for Timnath Kids Dentistry. It does not extend to other offices, which include any referrals that we have given for other specialists.
  • This plan is non-refundable and non-cancellable and is only valid for 12 months during regular business hours at Timnath Kids Dentistry.
  • The membership enrollment fee is valid for the 365-day membership period and is subject to change thereafter.
  • Timnath Kids Dentistry has the right to decline re-membership based on prior membership negligence.
  • Discount does not apply to fees for general anesthesia.
